Today November 27,2024 at 7pm I went to the universal drive north haven,CT location and a worker male with blonde hair forgot to ask name was so helpful and made sure I received my order as soon as it came out. He went above and beyond loved my experience in this location because of him. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
love the food and staff is always so nice. the manger I think shes a manager...she has a different color shirt on Monday morning is amazing! so friendly and always gives my pup a treat when we stop in! love this place.
Love this location! I actually pass a chick fil a to get to this one! The staff here are always friendly efficient! It does get very busy at this location so plan your visit accordingly!
The drive thru is always fast and well organized. Chicken sandwiches are soooo good! On the most recent visit, our chicken sandwiches were a bit dry, not as good and juicy as weve been used to. Hopefully just a hiccup.
